No video

Have had Music Choice on for over an hour.   Still no video, just audio.  What's up?

    Hi Hunters Gold,

    Thanks for your message about no picture on Music Choice Channels. Are you getting a reference number, but can hear the audio? Is this still happening on all receivers in the home with HD and SD Music Choice?
