no sound on one station .
we are not getting sound on channel 3, but only on one of our TVs. Can you help me know what to do about it?

Hi shnpurple,
Is there a cable box connected to this TV? I recommend checking the settings menu for the SAP option. You want to ensure this feature is turned off/disabled. Let us know if this helps.
