If that's the only channel not getting audio the issue is more than likely that the SAP is turned on for that channel only. I'm looking at your account and I may have the wrong information, I'm not seeing that you're subscribed to our video service. Can you tell me what sort of cable box you've got so I can give you the proper instructions?
