I'm glad I saw this so soon after you posted. Our forums are intended as a place where customers can help each other or discuss Cox services. Have you tried unplugging the box from power to reset it? If you're not able to reset the modem by unplugging power you can sign in at https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html to click the Refresh Devices link near the top right side of the page. This will allow you to reset your boxes on your own.
If this doesn't work, Please let me know.
