No new emails

What happens if you send yourself a test email? Also, can you see all your current email? Finally, what do you use to check your email? Outlook or webmail.cox.net?

In general, try changing your password using this method. Make sure it to something it has never been before. 

I can not receive anyones emails. Not even my own. I can not see current emails. The last one I see is Jan. 7/2017. I use Webmail.

I changed Password. Made no difference! Ty

On my desktop sign in to Cox

Do you mean you use a web browser to go to webmail.cox.net? If so, have you checked your settings to see if you have any email forwarding enabled?

Also, did you try sending yourself a email AFTER changing your password? It feels like something else is downloading your email, like Outlook or a phone.
