No internet tools or email

So I took this survey recently telling me about all these features that come with my internet service that I never even knew about. The big one for me is the cloud drive. When I try to set these up, it only tells me if you had internet service, you could be checking web mail now. My account says I am allowed 10 email account my no matter what when trying to set anything up it says I do not have internet service. Last I checked, I still have internet and cox still bills me.
