No Internet or Phone Modem Connection
My internet & phone is not connecting. When I try to reset the modem from the Cox website it says no connection and latency test failed error. It says that there might be something wrong with url.

What lights do you see flashing/solid on the front of the modem? Do you have any splitters connected to the cable line coming from the outlet to the back of the modem? If so, I recommend bypassing the splitter and connect directly from the outlet to the modem.
