No incoming email?

I have repeatedly had issues with my email ever since Cox "upgraded" its servers.  Have checked all imap settings.  I can send email but not receive it in Outlook 2016, my iPhone or at the Cox webpage.  It is again on a "ticket" but I am again without email.  I have been a customer for over 30 years but the last year has witnessed a failure in both service and equipment for me.  I will continue to try and resolve this, but come December 17 (the end of another 2 year commitment) I am a gone pecan.  I work from home on occasion and cannot tolerate the lack of email so often.

I am having problems also. I have a popup that keeps coming up asking me for my password. This problem happened a year or two ago, exact same thing. They finally came out and said it was a problem with password validation on the server, or something like that.

Can you tell me where you're seeing this pop-up? Is it happening on our website, your phone or a mail program like Outlook for example?

  • im in the same boat with mike, for the last moth or so.

Moderators, getting help is not = fixing the problem.

Can't just generate a ticket and say problem solved. You actually need to Keep this from happening.

or not have it happen to begin with, which is what a good ISP is suppose to do. Its like the words are not registering.
