No Guide or Display of any kind.

Since last night I've not seeing the Guide on screen after pressing the button, nor do I see any display when I change channels. Yes I have changed batteries, rebooted the box, had tech support reboot the box..and everything else including a new remote..still no display of any kind..

    Hi Groovy,

    Other than the missing Guide and Info data, are your channels working? Or are you seeing a black screen or an error message?
