For about two weeks, nearly half my cable channels have been "temporarily off the air". Not all at once, but at least every other day. The Science Channel has been off more than it's been on!
My on-screen television guide has shown "No Data" for nearly a week.
The online "TV Listings" page isn't always accurate, either.
What's going on??
I have the same problem but with only one channel at a time. I get the "Temporarily off the air" message, too. Sometimes the channel will come in part of the day but be gone the rest of the day. Have you found any solutions yet? So far I have only found one other person with the same problem. Her message and my reply to her are closer to the top.
Wondering how many people have the same problem and if they have found any kind of fix for it. Very frustrating when it's the channel you want to watch...
I have the problem, missing one channel at a time. I have contacted support via chat twice, and they have sent a signal to my digital box twice, and we have re-set it several times.
So far it has cycled through MSNBC, CNN and now NBC being unavailable. I just get a "Temporarily off the air, try again later" messages, but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Sometimes they are off for a week or more at a time. It's been doing it on NBC for the past week.
