No Access to email from home PC
For the last 3 weeks I can not open my email from my home PC. We can sign into Cox but when clicking on the mail icon it just goes to a blank page with the blue "loading" circle spinning. The longest I've let it go is for 15 mins, no progress was ever made. I still have access from my phone. IT has been unable to fix this problem... has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
