New Voice remote missing "favorites" button

I apologize for starting a new post on this question.  I saw in another post that it was confirmed that the new voice remote does not have a favorites button, and just like the user that posted the question, I used the favorites button a lot. I had a follow-up question but for some reason I am not able to post a reply.  (What the heck did I do wrong?)

Anyway, my follow-up question is this.  Is there a possible software upgrade on Cox's "to do list" to be able to program the Channel button to scroll through only the favorite channels instead of all channels?
