New phone offer

I have my own phone system with 3 extensions and it works just fine, why would I want a cox phone?  Do I have to upgrade?

    Hi flb,

    You would not need to make any changes to your account if you don't need to. Do you have the communication that you received, was it a flier or an email?

    You are not required to upgrade because you received phone promotions/offers.  Please let us know if you have any other issues or concerns.
