new email not working

okay set up 2 new email addresses 2 hours ago still can't send emails from them when logged into cox, and when trying to send an email to them get error message they don't exist

    Hi Kruch,

    We'd like to take a look at this closer.  Could you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name, the name on the account if different from yours, and the street address?  Please include the link to this post so that we have a history of the issue.  Thanks!
