New email format
Why am I not receiving emails with your new email format? I normally get email from organizations I belong to and am not receiving these now. It concerns me that I may miss my medical emails also.

Hello @astroron,
When you are trying to retrieve your email, do you use a mail client(such as Outlook, Mac Mail, iPhone Mail app, etc) or are you using the Cox Webmail platform?
