New CISCO box shows AULD and reboots once an hour

Hi,

I recently replaced my old Scientific Atlanta DVR with a CISCO DVR. My SA DVR was starting to corrupt recordings but worked fine when watching live TV. After replacing it with a CISCO DVR once every hour the box shows an AULD error and reboots. 

I have tried different coax cables and different power outlets but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Any ideas?

    just to update this in case anyone else has the same issue,  I was told my signal strength looked good via support and last night Cox sent a reset to my box and since then I haven't had a single issue.
