New address nightmare- serviceability
I recently moved to a new construction with a brand new address. The street I live on is the city limit line. Across the street is a huge educational complex with cox cable Internet. My neighbor 100 yards to the east is a cox cable internet subscriber. I am a cox cable customer whos account is on hold since we moved. Cox has now spent 3 weeks seeing if they can service my new house. The ticket is still pending. I have been on the phone a dozen times and contacted them through facebook multiple times. This is the stupidest thing in the world. Get your *** together. Millennials breathe broadband. Do you want my death on your hands?
