Network ports on router not working

Hello, I have a SBG6580 router which i am using on Cox, i am not able to use the 4 ethernet ports on the router, as they have stopped working. I also noticed that 2 ports are showing solid green light on the interface of router even though there is no cable connected.

Really appreciate if someone can help.

Thanks

It looks like a hardware fault.  You can try to reset it to factory default and see if it is a software issue.

Does the gateway provide internet via wireless still?

" 2 ports are showing solid green light on the interface of router "

Do you  mean the lights on the back of the gateway as part of the ethernet connections? Or the front display lights?

Last, do you perhaps have the gateway in bridge mode via Basic -> Setup -> NAPT Mode -> Disabled?
