Network Change

I was on the internet last night and then I wasn't able to stay on it due to not being connected. This morning I got on and noticed that that my internet network changed. I used to be on Network 6 for a long time. Today, I'm on Network 7, should I be concerned. I have several issues I need to accomplish on the internet today and I'm concerned about the change, I guess my question is, should I be concerned???

    I'm not sure what networks you're referring to. Please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address so I can take a closer look at what's happening.
