I'm in the process of connnecting my internet, i am a new customer and I am connecting myself. I have a Netgear CM600 modum, and a Netgear Orbi router. I am having trouble with cox customer service and technicians recognizing my modum. All they can tell me is that they cannot recognize my modums MAC address. I've had a technician out, spent hours on the phone with customer service and even went as far as replacing the modum with a new one. I see that other customers are able to connect their netgear cm600. What am I doing wrong?
