I recently upgraded and cannot find how to get onto my netflix account with the new remote -- help!!

    Are you using the new Contour and the voice remote? If you are trying to access the Netflix app on your television, it may be necessary to use the original TV remote.

    I don't see a Netflix app.  How do I get it?

    Get it on what? The cable box? The TV? Your computer? What are you trying to do exactly?

    How were you accessing your Netflix account with your previous remote?

    Although this might be added in the future, Contour 2 isn't currently integrated with Netflix. If your TV includes the Netflix app, you'll need to use the remote that came with the TV to access Netflix.

    I saw that Xfinity added it so being that Contour 2 is the same as Xfinity I thought we might get that option.
