NESN out of sync

The feed from NESN has had it's audio and video out of sync for a while, and it's really annoying. I have a couple of friends who are Cox customers, and we all have the same problem, so I know it's not my equipment. It is also the only station I have this issue with. What can be done to fix this?

    Hi mkmck,

    We will need to investigate this issue with the audio and video sync you've shared with us. Is this audio issue found happening for you on all TVs with receivers, Contour App, or TV Online on SD and HD NESN?
