Need help... High random packet loss.
My Internet service has been an issue for almost 2 months. I experience random periods of packet loss.
Multiple (7) tech visits have not fixed it. Cable has been replaced from the street to the modem. 2 different modems did the same thing.
Levels good. Modem does log T3 ranging timeouts.
No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=xxxxxxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxxxxxxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
I am at the end of my cox rope. Anybody have any clues for fixing this?
