Need contact with Cox Support from outside US

Hi! I have used cox internet for one year in the US and cancelled it on friday. Now I am home in Norway and need to communicate with cox support regarding my account. The live chat is not working from here, is there an email address I can reach to ask a question about my account? I cannot login to my account from Norway either, because then a SSN is required, which I do not have since I am norwegian.
