MyWifi

I am trying to get to myWifi under my account but it reads ineligible modem, but I have a modem from cox and checked that it is eligible, How do I fix this?

    Please email full-service address, primary name, make/model serial number of modem and last 4 SSN to cox.help@cox.com.
