My Wifi: Invalid Modem

I have an Arris DG2460 (Dual Band WiFi) which I'm renting from Cox. When I try to use the My WiFi  service, it tells me my modem is ineligible. Yet, my modem is listed on the site as an eligible modem.

I've tried rebooting the modem. Am I missing a step or something?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Are you renting the mode or in billing for managed wifi?

    I'm sorry. I'm not sure I understand your question. I am renting the modem from Cox.

    Not all modems are currently working with My Wifi at this time. As an alternative, here is a link to the manual if you need help managing your device:
