My Website is getting blocked by Cox

Hello,

I just started learning how to create websites at work and wanted to work at home and my website got blocked as a "spam phishing".

How do I get this unblocked. I've attached a picture of the blocked page I am getting.

The website is: http://thejeffandjenshow.000webhostapp.com/

    The Host itself is not blocked. https://www.000webhost.com/

    And I am not using it for malicious intent.

    How do I unblock it, or do I need to cancel my cox account and change to another internet services provider?

    @My Website is being blocked What it appears we have here is this is a free shared hosting provider. As such they're popular with those perpetrating phishing scams and have been blocked for having hosted many phishing scams targeting our customers recently. You can try reaching out to their support and request they remove any suspected phishing sites from their service although because it's a free service I suspect this will be a futile effort. If you're intent is to spend more time developing web applications you might be better served moving to another hosting provider.
