My TV keeps every 20-60 seconds

I have tried resetting the box, unplugging it, turning it completely off at night. Which helps for a few hours, but then it starts again. Also sometimes only the 1000+ channels work, an I can't change the channel everytime I try it just goes back to the same channel but says it's the other one.
