My internet connection has been dead for more than 12 hours

I call Cox support and they ran me through the reboot...nothing. Anyone else having this problem? I am in Phoenix BTW.

    PhxpPhl, We want to help. Please ensure all connections to your modem and to the wall are tight, bypass any splitters on the line and power cycle all equipment. Thank you.
