My Guide is displaying "NO DATA:" how can I fix that?

    This happens to me for 15-30 minutes after the box loses power (or i reboot the DVR).  The data fills in later.  You need to call Cox Phone Support so they can get inside the DVR and get it working. It should be any easy fix for them.
