My email account at Cox

I have moved all messages, or 99.9% of the messages which were in my "IN" folder and in my "SPAM" folder...They are now in my "TRASH" folder.  My question is simple:  Is there any way to get all of those messages "GONE OR DELETED PERMANENTLY WITH ONE FELL SWOOP?"  That is, instead of having to go through possibly hundreds of pages 1 by 1 and checking them off and sending them to to a place where I will never have to see them again on my account?  Your time, effort and hopefully positive response to my question and/or dilemma will be greatly appreciated.  My email address at Cox is:  douglas.ross@cox.net
