My cox webmail

Suddenly I am no longer receiving new messages into my cox webmail-I haven't changed anything, but it's been about 3 days and I haven't gotten any new messages?

    Hi CMP,

    Are you able to send an email to yourself and let us know if it came in. Also we need to take a look at your account, could you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full address and the primary name on the account.
