My connection keeps dropping :(

Iv'e been timing out for the past 5 weeks. I want to know if these connection levels from router [CG3000DV2] are the issue.

    Please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address so I can take a look at the modem. I'll also need the account holder's name.
