My Cable has not worked for a year...

I am literally going to start a class action lawsuit if you cannot get my cable to work it has been over a year I have been having issues.... 

Im on the CEA board, CTA board and a whole bunch of other TECH stuff.. 

You should have someone contact me ASAP.

Trust me your boss wants to see this.

    Somebody's a little bit full of themselves, aren't they?

    In the twelve months that it hasn't worked, have you even attempted to troubleshoot with Cox support? How many technicians have been out to your home in that year? Since you're so knowledgeable, what steps have you personally taken to try and resolve the issue?
