I want to know what happened to the chat sessions? I have a question about why my bill keeps creeping up every month? A dollar or more. It is the TV part that keeps going up. What the *** is the reason for this.

If anyone is considering getting cox for their TV service I would tell them not to. I did have Century Link and sorry I switched. Cox made me believe they were more affordable and they are not.

If anyone knows why they keep raising the TV part of the bill please let me know. I can't wait until my contract is up. Will never go back to Cox again
