Multiple modem hard resets every day

I have had my internet and wifi modem (Ubee DVW326) for over 2 years with zero problems.  A few days ago I started to lose the internet connection (wifi remained connected) many times per day.  It requires a hard reset each time. Can you analyze my modem?
