Multiple cox email addresses
How do I see the webmail from my different Cox emails such as johndoe@cox.net, johndoe2@cox.net etc? I can only see messages from one email ID Do I need to log in with different user ID's?

Yes that is correct. You would simply need to sign out of webmail then sign back in using the desired login's name/password.
