motorola sbg6580 update

having issues with my Motorola SBG6580, It keeps having issues with channel 2, was told by cox tier 2 it needs to have the upgraded firmware by motorola to possibly fix the issue., Motorola put it back to cox. where can I get the correct firmware to possibly solve my issue?
