Modem upgrade process..
Good morning. Will be finally upgrading my modem to a DOCSIS 3.0 this weekend and the modem I purchased is on the Cox certified list for my internet service level. Do I need to call Support with the MAC address, or is there a self-activation method available from within my account login? The guidance online is a bit conflicting on the self-activation method and I am looking for a current guide or advice. Thanks.
