Modem Reset Required Twice in the Last 3 Days

I’ve used Cox for 28 years.  The last time I had to reset my modem was 2 years ago.

But I had to reset it on 9/2 and again this morning, 9/6.  Diagnostic checks show that my computer is working properly.

What is going on?

    What model modem and router are you using?  What is happening to force you to reset your modem?
