Modem randomly restarting

Arris SB6190 regularly (several times per day) rebooting/restarting. Tried numerous resetting of the modem, refreshing signal. Rebooting modem and router. Not sure if this is a problem with the signal coming into the house or modem problem (chip set?). Any help appreciated.


Modem log shows the following (removed MAC address):

Wed Sep 06 20:22:17 2017 3 Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=
Wed Sep 06 20:29:50 2017 3 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM;
Wed Sep 06 20:31:53 2017 5 B-INIT-RNG Failure - Retries exceeded;CM-
Wed Sep 06 20:31:55 2017 3 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;
Wed Sep 06 20:35:41 2017 5 RCS Partial Service;
Wed Sep 06 20:42:12 2017 3 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;
Wed Sep 06 20:42:47 2017 5 RCS Partial Service;

    I checked from this end however I'm not seeing the modem online. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing and seeing if that helps?
