missing movie OnDemand

HBO released Now You See Me 2 on 1/15, and made it available to OnDemand shortly thereafter. However, Cox OnDemand STILL does not have it. Today is 2/5. What's the problem?
  • Hi NotOD, I found "Now You See Me 2" (2-hours and 10 minutes) in the HBO On Demand folder, filed under the "Comedy" folder. I'm not sure why it isn't listed under "All Movies." I'm sorry about that! The next time you can't find a specific movie title that you're looking for, use the Rovi Guide Search feature. Press the Guide button on your remote two times. Select Title Search, and enter part of the title by selecting the appropriate letters. Search results will display on the right-hand side of the screen. Once you see the movie you want, use the right arrow and down arrows on the remote to move the cursor over to the displayed results and make your selection.

Thank you Becky. I never look in the categories since, as you stated, there are times when the titles are miscategorized. Have always just used All Movies. Now I know.
