Missing episodes in On Demand show list

First, let me say what a joy and relief it is to not only have a speedier loading On Demand menu than U-verse but one with an infinitely larger library!

Call it a senior moment (there's no other explanation) but when my household switched back to Cox from U-verse late last month there were a few shows I made it my business to find and set up recording on but apparently Animal Kingdom was momentarily forgotten.

OK. Now my beef. A favorite show that I've been following, TNT's "Animal Kingdom" Season 1, has episodes 5, 8 and 9 missing in the series' On Demand Episode list. It's a recent, late spring 2016 show.

I tried un-favoriting/re-favoriting it. Out of desperation I did a system restart. No luck there. Please tell me this is a temporary glitch and the missing shows will be made available soon.

Better yet---what might be the reason for the episodes missing in the first place?

Thanks for the speedy reply, MariaL. I might add that the TNT channel in question is the HD one. Sorry I can't recall the precise channel number.

    MariaL,

Just an update here that I thought you'd like to know about.

The missing episodes from TNT's "Animal Kingdom" from channel 1028 are now available for viewing. Am doing a bit of catching up as I write.

Dunno whether this is the result of any behind-the-scenes support on your part. Grazie if it is! I suspect you may still be interested in a possible cause of the issue though.

    thanks again.
