Missing episode of Preacher OnDemand

I'm in the Wichita, KS area, and season 2, episode 11 of the tv show Preacher is still not available to watch in AMC On Demand. The episode aired on August 28, and both the previous and following episodes (210 & 212) are in the On Demand list.

    Is this affecting multiple boxes? Are both the SD and HD versions unavailable?

    I have 2 boxes, and it isn't showing up on either one, in either SD or HD. My son also checked all the connections and cycled the power on both boxes as well.

    Thank you very much, I'll keep checking back. My son enjoys watching that show on the weekends when he comes over, so it would be greatly appreciated.
