Missing channels

We have been unable to receiver channels 29 and 30 for several days now.

Using the on lime reset tool did not help at all.....

Any ideas ??

Hope Cox monitors this forum as I do not have a lot of time to spend on the phone.....

    Hi Iceman675,

    Are you getting a black screen or an error message when you turn to channel 29 and 30? If you have an HD TV, try channels 2029 (TBS HD) and 2030 (TNT HD). Are they working? We'll get to the bottom of this for you!
