Missed calls show on the website. There is a message on the phone tools page that says techs are working on the issue...however, this has been going on for about 4-5 months.. Please let me know when it will be fixed. Thanks.
For what we pay for our service you'd think that something like this could get fixed. I'm really tired of seeing the website message "We are aware that all incoming calls are shown as missed calls in Call History and are working on a fix to the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience." Please work faster. This has been going on for months now and it seems like Cox couldn't care less if it ever gets fixed.
