Mini Boxes

Why wasn't I informed of this prior to getting the notification of a need for a dad gum mini box on my TV screens? I changed out my wifi in April.Seems like an hones company would have informed customers better. I didn't see anything on my statements either.

    I'm sorry you missed the notifications regarding the transition to all-digital. This change was announced in the "News from Cox" section of the monthly bill statement for customers in the Oklahoma City area beginning in March 2016. Additional notices were provided in April and May. You can get more information regarding the changes and the action you need to take (if any) at www.Cox.com/GoAllDigital.
