what do you want me to do with the mini boxes that did not work. Will you be picking them up?

Without reviewing the account we don't have the details of how this is being addressed. If you are swapping the defective Mini Boxes, then Cox can mail empty boxes with return shipping labels, or you may return Cox Equipment to the nearest Retail Store. Are we mailing you replacement Mini Boxes, or are you upgrading to Digital Receivers?
