mini box remote control
I can't change the channel with my mini box remote control...only the on/off and volume buttons work. Any suggestions? Thank you.

rosebud , We'd be happy to help. Please ensure all connections on the back of your Mini box are tight and power cycle all equipment. Please allow 10 minutes for the box to reload. Also please ensure the batteries in the remote are new. Thank you.
All of the cords seem to be in place, but how do I power cycle the equipment? Thanks.

By unplugging the power cord.
