Mini box reboots each time TV is energized.

Multiple TVs are experiencing severe delays in getting signal when turned on.  Picture flashes one and screen goes dark immediately.  Message says "no signal" on HDMI input.  Then the box reboots itself and functions normally.  This started in the last week and is not limited to single box.

    I understand this is happening on more than one TV but we will still need to check the connection. Is the cable straight from the wall to the mini box or is there a splitter?
